matizze in the press

A start-up from tranquil East Westphalia

The story of matizze began neither in Silicon Valley nor in Berlin, but in the middle of the countryside in the small town of Stemwede.

The vision: to finally make convertible digital displays usable and affordable for medium-sized retailers, hotels, restaurants and other businesses. Above all, easy handling for everyone was important to us.

The emergence of our modern start-up also caught the attention of the local press:

Our matizze team is very happy about the positive response.

The foolproof software behind matizze

We have implemented our vision with, in which every user can playfully edit their representations and create their own templates. Ready-made designs are also available for a quick start. And best of all, the software can also be used on the go via our app.

So our hardware can be controlled from anywhere. The displays, on which everyone can implement their creative ideas, are placed wirelessly. Because they are very power-efficient, the small batteries inside last about five years.

Emergence and further development on site

Not only did the idea behind matizze originate in East Westphalia – the pilot customers with whom the first practical experience was gathered also come from the region. New functions are tested with them in various industries. And we also rely on regional cooperation for the fastenings for our displays: We manufacture plastic feet and brackets with the 3D experts PMT in Rahden, metal fastenings with Lasertechnik Engelbrecht in Preußisch Oldendorf, and as a partner for special designs in wood we rely on Elissavitis Möbel in Espelkamp.
